2) Which personal data we process
Depends on your use of the website, e.g.:

• Technical data: IP address, device/browser, cookie and consent ID, visited pages, timestamps.
• Information you provide yourself: name, email, phone, address, account and order details, messages.
• Payment/delivery: order and transaction data (actual card details are processed by our payment provider).

3) Purpose and legal basis (outside of cookies)

• Operation, security and troubleshooting – legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Purchase/delivery/customer administration – contract, Art. 6(1)(b), and legal obligations (bookkeeping etc.), Art. 6(1)(c).
• Customer service/inquiries – legitimate interest/contract, Art. 6(1)(f)/(b).
• Newsletters and direct marketing by email – consent, Art. 6(1)(a) (can always be withdrawn).
• Statistics/marketing via cookies – consent, Art. 6(1)(a).

4) Recipients and transfers
We use trusted data processors for hosting/IT, analytics/marketing (only with consent), payment and logistics etc. They only act on our behalf under agreement.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur and will then take place on a valid basis (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) with appropriate safeguards.

5) Storage
We store data for as long as necessary for the purposes above:

• Customer and accounting data: typically 5 years after the end of the financial year (legal requirement).
• Account/profile and support inquiries: until deletion/request or 24 months.
• Newsletters: until unsubscribed/withdrawn consent.
• Consent/logs (Cookiebot, email etc.): stored as long as necessary to document consent.
• Cookies: according to the expiries stated in the Cookiebot overview.

6) Your rights
You may at any time: request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object (in case of legitimate interest), request data portability, and withdraw consent.

You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk).
